- Appointment & Cancellation Policy -
Appointments will require a $50 deposit, payable at the time of booking in order to confirm your visit with us. Life happens, we get it... We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule/cancel a booking, to enable this appointment to be booked by other clients. Where the sufficient notice is provided, appointment deposits will be credited to your file to redeem at your future visits with us. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows and/or where 24 hours notice is not given to cancel or reschedule an appointment and will be redeemed as a 'did not attend' fee. Where a deposit has not been paid for an appointment, and sufficient notice was not given, a 'did not attend' fee will be payable. Please note that for repeated no-show/cancellations, we may ask that your appointments be paid in full at the time of booking. Exceptions will be considered for extenuating circumstances at the discretion of management. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we are a locally, family owned and operated business. |
