WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

​You may be:

• A Dermal Therapist or Dermal Clinician
• A Cert IV or Diploma-qualified Beauty Therapist with strong skin and ingredient knowledge, plus hands-on clinic experience performing facials at minimum
• Someone already experienced in advanced skin treatments

Experience matters.

CLIENT CARE & SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch customer service to ensure a delightful experience, and the driving force behind the Skin brand!

ABOUT THE ROLE

​Join us and be part of a thriving clinic where your skills and dedication will be appreciated and rewarded. 
Your role will encompass managing appointments, content creation, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere - just to name a few. 

Here's the 'tea':

• Part-time 1-2 days per week (no weekends (yay!)
• Hours of work from 9am-5pm

What we ask from you:

• A minimum 2 years' experience in reception and/or customer service.
• A strong foundation in sales with the ability to make confident product recommendations and meet regular KPI's. (training will be provided by our clinic and skincare range)
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively, ensuring clients understand, appreciate, and are motivated to follow recommendations and treatment plans.
• In addition, this role is expected to significantly contribute to our marketing efforts. Experience in content creation, photography/videography, social media management, and website maintenance would be a valuable bonus.
