With over four years of dedicated service at Skin Geraldton, Erin has established herself as a trusted expert known for her exceptional skill and client-first approach. Erin’s passion for skin and dermal science began by completing her Diploma of Beauty Therapy in 2020, graduating with the Excellence Award for her cohort. Determined to deepen her expertise, she went on to earn a Graduate Diploma of Dermal Science in 2023 and an updated Professional Certificate in Laser Tattoo Removal and Cosmetic Laser Qualification with the Radiology Council of WA in 2024. Erin has honed her skills under the mentorship of a team of distinguished physicians and medical professionals, continually refining her craft. Specialising in cosmetic laser and light therapy, Erin is proficient in a wide range of dermal therapies, including skin needling, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and cosmetic scar rejuvenation and her work is defined by a passion for delivering evidence-based transformative results. A true perfectionist, Erin takes immense pride in every aspect of her work, providing a personalised and results-driven experience. Her drive to stay informed and upskill ensures her clients receive the most effective and innovative care available, making her an invaluable part of the Skin Geraldton team.

In 2017 Lauren completed her Diploma in Beauty Therapy. Following her passion for Skin Health Lauren began training with the Australasian Academy of Dermal Science in which she gained her Laser Safety Certification. Working in a medical setting with a Doctor alongside, Lauren is currently completing her Graduate Diploma of Dermal Science. Lauren has pursued extensive training in dermal therapy treatments and is always up-skilling where-ever possible.

Holding Certificates II and IV in Business, she has excelled in various customer service roles and knows how to create a seamless, welcoming experience for every client. As a certified practitioner in Meditation, Self-Development, and Corporate Stress Management (and currently studying Post Partum Education and Support), Shannon is passionate about health, well-being, and the positive impact of self-care—especially for post-partum mothers. A mother of two boys herself, she has a deep understanding of the unique challenges that come with balancing family, self-care, and personal wellness.
